For many of East Northport’s older adults, engaging in an active and healthy lifestyle is an important part of making the most of their golden years. A local wellness fair can help them to do just that, and it will be hosted in Brentwood’s Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena.
The event will give those who attend a chance to explore the wide variety of options available to them when it comes to taking charge of their health, and many of them are on offer right in their local area.
