A celebration billed as being one of the top activities in Long Island is not far away, and the East Northport Chamber of Commerce is busy preparing for the festivities.
These three days of family fun will include everything from live music to vendor booths, games and other activities. Admission to the festivities is free, and the celebration will be held at John Walsh Memorial Park.
Expected to be a popular event, the plans for the festivities include plenty of what has come to be expected during a fall community fair, and one of the features that may be a particular hit with the kids is the costumed characters that will be on hand. A craft beer and wine garden, vendor tables, exhibits, and an international food court are more catered to the adults, and are just a few of the other reasons why this celebration is expected to be well attended.
