Holiday parties will soon be taking place in and around East Northport, and those who take part in a festive workshop will be able to treat their guests to some special fare.
The combination Home for the Holidays Charcuterie Workshop and Toy Drive will blend party prepping with doing a good turn for kids in need. Those who contribute a new, unwrapped toy will have their name entered in a prize draw, and the more donations they bring, the more tickets they will receive.
The ticket holders will all take part in an intensive charcuterie board building workshop, and crafting fruit flowers, cracker delicacies, and special cheese selections will be on the agenda.
The attendees will each get to keep their board as well as accessories, and Packaging will be provided as well. They can use their new skills to prepare for their own creations, and everyone will be treated to some light refreshments while they work.
While the activity is open to all adults, those who are interested will need to sign up in advance. Meal prep cheat sheets of tips and other advice for party preparations can be printed by Stationery printers to hand out on the day.
