East Northport area museum to host haunted affair

An East Northport area attraction that gives the public a glimpse into the history of Long Island has plans in the works for a haunted holiday event, and both members and non-members are invited to stop by for some spooky fun.

The Whaling Museum and Education Center in Cold Spring Harbor will be opening Davy Jones's Locker for a day of thrills and chills. Its exhibits will show their spooky side, and there will be special, spine-tingling fun on offer in honor of the Halloween season.

Visitors to the museum will be able to walk through the exhibits and there will even be live sea creatures on hand for the crowd to meet. Kids can visit the crafting tables and child-friendly, hands-on activities. The adults will be able to get a jump start on shopping for gifts for the winter holiday season, and there will be even more crafting stations set up outside the venue.

The mild days of early fall can be well suited to an outdoor activity. Banner printing services and other support for an activity can be sourced from a local printer.

The Whaling Museum and Education Center of Cold Spring Harbor has scheduled its Halloween party for October 29. Support for the activity has been provided by Gellerman Orthodontics, and its Logo Design can be found in the function’s listing.
