A portion of the proceeds from an East Northport area session will support a charity that offers veterans a helping hand as they seek to lighten the heavy load that often comes with stepping down.
The East Northport Rotary Club Breakfast for Dinner will showcase the culinary talents of Chef Harry Poole, who was the star of the season 13 installment of The Great Food Truck Race. The final date to submit an RSVP is Friday, May 23, and tickets are $65 each. Only 65 tickets are available, so interested parties should make a move quickly.
The four-course menu for the evening will feature an elevated breakfast served for supper, along with rainbow French toast, a s’mores jar, a burger, and chicken and waffles with a drizzle of hot honey. A live cooking demonstration will add an interactive touch to the occasion, and an even-split raffle is also in the works. The charity of choice for the event is VETS Out of the Rough.
A fundraiser built around food may call for specialized printing services, and these can be accessed at a local printer. They can design and Print everything from special Menus to full vehicle wraps, Corporate Gifts to present to sponsors, and other custom items.
The Breakfast for Dinner fundraiser will bring the fun to 6005 Jericho Turnpike in Commack. The festivities will begin at 5:30 pm on Monday, June 2.
