A band that has been entertaining fans for decades will be bringing their latest show to Reno in early May.
Kansas debuted in 1974. With songs like “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust In The Wind” among their platinum and gold albums, the group has managed to remain relevant through many years.
The group has experimented through different sounds and media, such as an orchestral album recorded at Abbey Road Studios and multiple DVDs. While the line-up has changed over the years, the essence of the group is still there. The current members include Tom Brislin, Richard Williams, Ronnie Platt, Billy Greer, David Ragsdale, and Phil Ehart.
The show will be held at the Grand Theater, a part of the Grand Sierra Resort And Casino. Tickets range from $29.50 to $159.48, with some of the higher-priced options including VIP benefits like a drink ticket or seat upgrades. A VIP bundle is available for $234.48. This includes a reserved seat, an autographed picture, a poster, a CD, a tote bag, a drum head, and a tumbler.
Some of these items will include a graphic design related to the band. The concert will begin at 8:00 pm on May 6. It is suggested that attendees arrive no less than an hour prior to the start time of the event, in order to allow for the time it takes to get through the current security procedures.
