A local venue is bringing some fun to a Reno crowd in early August through an act full of humor.
Larry The Cable Guy is a comedian, actor, and businessman. His acting career started off strong with his role as Mater in the “Cars” franchise. Other projects have included “Tooth Fairy 2,” “A Madea Christmas,” “Blue Collar TV,” and “Jingle All the Way 2.”
In the world of comedy, Larry has earned a Billboard award, as well as a few nominations for a Grammy. He also served as the host for the program “Only In America.” His comedy tours and specials have earned millions, with his classic catchphrase “Git-R-Done” spawning a number of businesses, merchandise, and even a foundation which has donated funds to a number of important causes.
Larry will be performing at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. Tickets are available for purchase from Ticketmaster. Prices for both admission and special VIP upgrades range in cost from $61.35 to $236.86. The show will be held inside the resort’s Grand Theatre. The doors will open to attendees at 7:00pm. Many touring acts that typically have merchandise at shows will hire a printing service to put their Logo Design on some items so guests can buy something to take home as a souvenir. The show will start up at 8:00pm on August 8th.
