Reno venue hosts festive production

A popular venue in Reno is bringing the festivities of the season to the local crowd in mid to late December.

Santa’s Epic Holiday Show! is an event that will take the Christmas holiday and the longstanding traditions of cirque performing and put them together. Modern tech like lasers, projection mapping, and holograms are also sprinkled in. The acts taking part will have a variety of talents up their sleeves. This can include clowns, acrobats, stunt performers, tightrope walkers, and contortionists.

The venue will be the Grand Theatre at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, and the experience will run for multiple days, giving everyone several chances to create new memories with their loved ones.

Tickets for the spectacular are sold through Ticketmaster, which has listings for each individual showing. Depending on the date and start time of the event, the costs of the tickets and special VIP upgrades vary slightly. The upgrades are priced at either $71.75 or $82.65. The tickets have a value of either $19.95 or $29.95. Many seasonal activities are promoted using methods such as flyer printing. The listed starting times are 2:00pm and 7:00pm, with both Saturdays having two runs of the show. The dates fall between December 19th and December 31st, with the exception of December 20th. There will even be performances on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
