A comedian with a long-running and diverse career will be visiting Reno for a performance in early May.
Larry the Cable Guy is a multi-talented entertainer. Touring with fellow comedians Bill Engvall and Jeff Foxworthy, Larry moved to the forefront of the comedy scene. His down-home brand of humor has helped Larry maintain his popularity over the years since.
As an actor/voice actor, Larry has starred in projects such as the “Cars” franchise, “Tooth Fairy 2,” “Delta Farce,” and “Jingle All the Way 2.” His book landed on the New York Times Best Sellers List, using his catchphrase “Git-R-Done” as its title. Larry has also provided his likeness for products such as spices, chips, knives, golf club covers, and a mix for Bloody Marys.
His philanthropy shines through his Git-R-Done Foundation, an organization he started with his wife to support charities focused on causes surrounding veterans and children.
An Evening with Larry the Cable Guy will be held in the Grand Theatre. Tickets sold through Ticketmaster range from $59 to $129 in price. Accessible seating is available as well. The venue’s box office is open every day except for Tuesday, and is available to assist those looking to attend the show. Merchandise showcasing a graphic design relating to the performer or their work is often sold at events like this one.
The show is starting at 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 4, with doors opening an hour before.
