The first annual Holes for Housing golfing event is scheduled to take place in Reno next month.
This autumn golfing tournament serves as a fundraiser for the Nevada Youth Empowerment Project. All proceeds earned from registration and sponsorship will help support the organization.
The Nevada Youth Empowerment Project (NYEP) was originally established in 2007. This nonprofit organization helps young women between the ages of 18 and 24 who are homeless, without parents, or otherwise unprepared for independence to access sufficient opportunities for employment and housing.
This Reno event includes a game of golf, tee and raffle prizes, lunch, an awards reception, and a silent auction. Poster printing is often chosen by event organizers to place attention grabbing advertisements in highly trafficked locations to attract the attention of those who wish to attend.
Those who are interested in joining can book registration online. The cost to attend the auction and awards reception only is priced at $50 per person. For the box lunch and golfing only, registration costs $150 per individual or $600 for a team of four. For the box lunch, golfing, awards reception, and auction, registration is priced at $200 per person or $750 for a team of four.
This fall time fundraiser is set to occur at The Club at Arrowcreek on Sunday, November 1 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
