Beloved comedian to take tour to Reno

A well-known performer is set to bring his newest set of shows through Reno in mid-February.

Jim Gaffigan is an actor, recording artist, comedian, and author Gaffigan who takes his views on life and uses them to bring his unique style of comedy to large audiences. He has worked with his wife Jeannie as a producer, but also credits her with helping him to write some of his material. His son Jack also portrayed a younger version of Gaffigan on “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” which is described as “semi-autobiographical.”

Gaffigan has lent his acting and voice acting skills to a variety of movies and television programs over the years. These have included projects such as the “Hotel Transylvania” franchise, “Luca,” “Tesla,” “13 going on 30,” “That ‘70s Show,” and an episode of “Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?”

The Dark Pale Tour, as it has been titled, will be stopping by the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. At the time of writing, tickets vary in cost from $77.50 to $354, prior to fees and taxes. These can be bought using Ticketmaster. Requirements for attendees to be allowed in are subject to changes prior to the start of the event. Poster printing will often be arranged in order to promote comedy shows.

The performance is scheduled to begin at 8:00 pm on Friday, February 17.
