Afternoon of Valentines fun offered to Reno families

JUSTin Hope Foundation’s Respite and Recreation Center, which is located not far from Reno, has planned an afternoon filled with Valentine’s-themed fun for the whole family. Both members and nonmembers are welcome, and it will offer activities for every age.

The planners of the occasion have filled the schedule with an assortment of crafts, food, and other fun. Parents and caregivers are asked to remain in attendance with their son or daughter, and tickets can be reserved ahead of time.

The families who come to the function are encouraged to dress in their favorite outfit and a photo booth will be set up so they can capture the excitement of the day. Children who are autistic or who have other neurodevelopmental issues, as well as their neurotypical siblings, are all welcome, and while they play and enjoy themselves, the adults can mingle and find out more about what sorts of supports, programming, and other services JUSTin Hope can provide to them.

An occasion like this can give kids a chance to have fun while they practice their social and communication skills in a supportive, non-pressured environment. A printer will be able to supply its organizers with Logo Design and other services that can be helpful in promoting it to the community.

The JUSTin Hope Foundation Respite and Recreation Center has reserved the afternoon of February 9 for this special celebration. It is free for members, while nonmembers will be asked to pay a registration fee of $5.
