Play dates to be hosted at the park
Summer is here and school will soon be out, and a series of events will present an opportunity to meet new friends.
Park Hops offer a chance for young people in Albuquerque to get together and interact with each other while on their summer break. Some of the activities keeping people entertained at this event include face painting, craft painting, and a yoga class for all ages. Promotional products can be handed out as gifts at summer events.
Stakeholders from The Education Plan organize the series of playdates. The Education Plan is a tax-advantaged organization that aims to help raise money to cover upcoming expenses related to education, and to reduce the amount of debt students carry. The 529 plan can be used by aspiring students in any age group or chosen career path to save money and find the necessary funding to reach their education goals.
The Park Hops series is open to children of all ages, as well as their parents or guardians. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP so that the organizers can prepare an event that meets everyone’s needs. If the weather is bad on the day, news about cancellations will be posted on the organizer’s Facebook page.
The event is scheduled for July 13 at North Domingo Baca Park, and it runs from 10:00 am to noon.
