Presbyterian Health Care Services is looking forward to building its new urgent care facility at Paseo del Notre NW and Eagle Ranch Road NW on Albuquerque’s Westside.
The broker-owner of Diversified Nationwide Real estate services, Helen Strader, said that
the health care provider has had plans drawn up for the new treatment centre. Her firm is currently undertaking the marketing of an office building that is close to this site.
According to Ms. Strader, she is excited about this, and feels that it will make a wonderful addition to the neighborhood, and help to bring business into the area. This could well have spin off benefits for other firms, such as printing companies, which provide goods, services and support to local business establishments. They can create all the printed materials that any new or expanding firms may need as they move into their new location.
For its part, Presbyterian has confirmed that it owns the property and confirmed that it will be used to expand its current health care system, but they have not yet set a date for the commencement of the development of the site. It is already in the process of building a new second patient tower and a cancer care centre at its Rust Medical centre, and it also opened a clinic in Santa Fe, which is it’s first for it in that city.
