The residential development of Halpern Real Estate Ventures on Fisk Street in Jersey City has reached six stories. This new building now focuses on the revitalization of the West Side neighborhood of the city.
The development will have 337 luxury rental residences and a wide range of amenities. There will be a network of open spaces with a landscaped courtyard and green space spanning over 14,000 square feet, and a rooftop community garden spanning over 18,000 square feet with a 360-degree view.
Indoors there will be both public and private co-working spaces to allow for the ability to work from home, a fitness center, covered onsite parking, a speakeasy style bar, and an open and welcome lobby entrance. Brochure printing is often used to highlight the features and amenities of such new developments.
Nearby is Lincoln Park, which offers three playgrounds, a dog run, 21 public tennis courts, several sports fields, nature trails, and a scenic nine-hole golf course. The development is also close to Route 440 so that residents will have easy access to Routes 1 and 9 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Less than a five-minute walk is the Hudson Bergen Light Rail Station, which provides access to Manhattan and downtown Jersey City.
The building is expected to be completed by the end of the year to enable residents to begin the leasing process.
