Luxury apartment building to come to Jersey City

Construction of The Greyson in Jersey City is nearing completion.

The building is 29 stories tall, located on Cottage Street in the Journal Square neighborhood of the city. It will offer 622 rental units, ranging from studios to those with three bedrooms, as well as a curated living experience and hospitality-inspired amenities. It is close to the Journal Square PATH station.

The architects and interior designers of the building are Handel Architects, based in New York City, and the developer is Nasser Freres. The exterior of the building will feature a façade of glass with serrated edges along Cottage Street that undulates in and out to create “bay windows” to maximize views toward Manhattan and the waterfront. The 29th floor will have a Sky Deck that will include landscaped outdoor areas with observation terraces and loungers.

Features of the interior include washers and dryers in each unit, full-height windows that maximize airflow and natural light, and electronic smart locks. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances, a microwave, designer cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

Brochure printing is an ideal way to spotlight the luxurious features and premium amenities of such properties.

A Partner at Nasser Freres, Michael Sokoloff, expressed his excitement about nearing the completion of this project and welcoming residents to this new development.

Leasing for this rental development is expected to be launched in February 2026.
