Two new luxury apartment buildings, Atlas and Sterling, are now open in Jersey City.

Atlas is 24 stories tall and is a residential building with 169 units. It was designed by MHS Architecture with GRT Architecture as the interior designer. It has residences with one, two, and three bedrooms as well as studios, and features custom modular closets, smart lock entry doors, remote thermostats, in-home washer and dryers, and luxury plank flooring. Highlights of the kitchens include stainless steel Energy Star appliances, quartz countertops, and full-height tiled backsplashes.
Private balconies are part of many units and offer views of Liberty Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Manhattan skyline. Amenities at Atlas include a state-of-the art fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, co-working spaces with private offices, and a lounge on the 24th floor with stunning views.
Starling has 39 luxury residences. The exterior of the building has been restored and preserves the historic charm of the 100-year-old building. This, too, has residences with one, two, and three bedrooms as well as studios, Features include many of the same ones as Atlas throughout the units, the kitchen, and bathrooms. Among the services offered are bike storage, a virtual doorman, access to electric scooters, and storage for bicycles.
