The inaugural Bacon and Beer Classic will be coming to Jersey City next month.
The event will feature over 30 bacon-inspired dishes from 25 restaurants, featuring pork belly sliders, Kentucky fried bacon bites, and chocolate bacon cupcakes. There will also be more than 100 craft beers, and a bacon-eating contest where the winner will receive a year’s supply of bacon. There will be live music, games, and a bacon seesaw. A commemorative glass will be handed out for enjoyment of beverages.
Poster printing can be called upon when events like this take place, as attendees like to take souvenirs and other related items home with them.
The prices of tickets prior to the event range from $49 to $89. The general admission price of $49 includes three hours of unlimited bacon dishes and all the basic activities of the evening. A ticket for $69 allows entrance to the event an hour early with an expedited line and first selection of the beers and bacon dishes. The ticket for $89 adds exclusive access to a VIP lounge, a selection of bacon dishes not offered in the general admission price, a beer and cheese tasting, and a specialty cocktail.
The event will be at the Harborside Atrium, a new glass venue in the city that overlooks the skyline of Manhattan. The Bacon and Beer Classic will take place on Thursday, October 3 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.
