The new development and investment manager at JDA Group LLC is Gregg Bazzani from Jersey City.
JDA Group LLC is a private commercial and residential property owner and developer, and has a growing number of properties in the area of northern New Jersey and beyond. Bazzani, in his new role, will be important to enabling the firm to continue to flourish. He will be responsible for identifying and executing new development opportunities and will help to raise debt capital and equity for future acquisitions. Bazzani worked at Panepinto Properties, Inc. as a development and acquisitions associate, and then was a development associate at Duke Realty. There, he was involved in a three-million-square-foot project pipeline engaged in acquisition and development.
In a press release, Bazzani said this is an exciting time to join the firm as there is such positive momentum within it. He added that JDA is currently involved in many projects that are transforming their communities, as well as within the company itself. He said he is looking forward to leveraging his knowledge in the market and the relationships he has in the industry to grow the pipeline of the firm in Hudson County and in other important areas within the Tri States.
