The annual Winter SoireƩ of Riverview Jazz will be starting another year of its programs in Jersey City this month.
There will be cocktails, French appetizers, gypsy jazz by Manouche Bag, and a silent auction. Martin Handy will capture all the activities with a live paining. Proceeds from the event will help to sponsor the Jersey City Jazz Festival that will be held later this spring. Poster printing can be used to promote such events and their fundraising efforts.
Bryan Beninghove, Executive Director of Riverview Jazz, said this festival has been growing over the years and has gained popularity in Jersey City. Everyone who attended the fundraiser last year had such a good time that it was decided to hold it again this year.
This event will be taking place from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Monday March 11 at Madame Claude Bis located on 4th Street in Jersey City.
The 10-day Jersey City Jazz Festival will be held from May 31 through June 19. It starts with a party to launch the festival at Exchange Place and ends with an outdoor event that is free and open to the public on the Newark Pedestrian Plaza.
One of the sponsors of the festival is Bank of America and partnerships with the City of Jersey City, Exchange Place Alliance, and the Historic Downtown SID make the event possible.
