Hohokus crafters preparing for summer sale
The Hermitage Museum is a local heritage site, and it gives the public a glimpse into what life was like in the mid-1800s. This summer, it will be hosting a craft show-style fundraiser, and this popular event is expected to attract many visitors.
A selection of 75 exhibitors from Hohokus and the surrounding committees will be showcasing their artistic talents, and the public can browse through their works. The gathering will be held on the front lawn of the museum, and the shoppers can enjoy a relaxing day.
The participating vendors will have their displays set up in the shade of the lawn’s tall trees, and the attendees are reminded that their $4 admission fee will also grant them entry to the museum for a guided tour. The show will be taking place whether it is raining or sunny, and last year, more than 1,000 customers were in attendance.
The company organizing this function is accepting applications from any vendors that are interested, and has noted that there is a ban on plastic bags at the venue. A company that offers promotional products can supply cloth shopping bags and other packaging supplies for this sort of function.
This chance to support a Hohokus institution while enjoying some retail therapy has been scheduled for August 8. Its gates will be opening to the public starting at 10:00 am.
