What's Happening in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ…

Hohokus area welcomes return of fall festival

Another fall is on the way to Hohokus, and the area will be bidding summer a fond farewell with a pop-up outdoor arts exhibition and shopping party.

The Ridgewood Fall Craft and Art Street Fair will open the area’s autumn festival season, and it will be running for six hours. It will be taking place on East Ridgewood Avenue in the community's downtown, and at least 200 artists and makers will have works on offer.

This activity, which takes place once a year, tends to attract thousands of visitors, and it can present an opportunity for those who like to get their winter holiday shopping out of the way well in advance. Everything from clothing and other textiles to chainsaw art, jewelry, garden items, and woodworking will be for sale. Hungry guests can head to the food court, and the kids will be able to spend some time in an area set aside for them, where they will find face painters, inflatables, and other entertainment.

To help make the day even better for those who plan on coming out, admission will be free of charge. Stationery printers can prepare letterheads, vendor contracts, information packages, and other custom materials for an annual activity.

The Ridgewood Fall Craft and At Street Fair will bring fall fun to the Hohokus area on Sunday, September 14. Its Patch listing provides full details.
