A murder mystery is set to whisk its guests back in time to the days of the speakeasy, and is planned for a local venue.
“Murder at the Speakeasy" will be held at The Hermitage in Hohokus, and it will be an interactive experience for adults, offering a fun twist on a typical Valentine's Day dinner. At the time this was written, its ticketing system was still accepting registrations, and both single and couples passes were available.
The ticket holders are welcome to dress in flapper dresses, fedoras and other period appropriate attire, but this is not required. The doors will open half an hour ahead of the show’s start time, and dinner and a cash bar are both on the agenda. Prizes will be presented, and admission starts at $90.00 for a single guest and $170.00 for a pair. Everyone can put their detective skills to the test, and there will be lots of fun to be had.
