Hohokus venue welcomes return of candlelight tours
Hohokus families who would like to start a holiday tradition may find that a local venue has just the activity they have been looking for.
The Hermitage provides a glimpse into the area’s past, and it will be celebrating the holidays in variety of ways. The theme for this year is “The Nutcracker”, and this will be showcased during its annual Candlelight Tour evenings.
The venue will have its rooms all decked out in Nutcracker themed decor, and their decor will hark back to the late 1800’s. The Sugar Plum Fairy, the Chinese Dancers and The Mouse King will all be incorporated, and once they have completed their visit, the guests will be invited to spend some time at the Rosencrantz House where they will be treated to mugs of hot cider as well as some time in the holiday gift shops.
Tickets for this family friendly initiative are $25.00 each, and four dates have been scheduled. Printed programs, venue maps and other informative publications for an activity can be prepared by the graphic design department at a local brochure printing company.
The Hermitage has scheduled its Holiday Candlelight Tours for December 7th, 13th, 20th and 22nd. Each date has three different start times, and everyone is asked to arrive on time. More information about the activity and its other holiday offerings can be found on its website.
