Hohokus historic site plans Young Persons Tour
A Hohokus historic venue will be giving young people and their families that chance to experience a taste of what the winter holiday season was like in days gone by.
The Hermitage has a schedule of holiday activities in store, and its annual Young Person’s Holiday Tour will be one that may be especially enjoyed by the younger set. The decor will be themed, and there are three dates shortly after Christmas Day to choose from.
Guests will be invited to enjoy a guided experience specifically designed to offer information that may be of interest to kids. The theme for this year will be “The Nutcracker”, and tickets, which are $10 each, may be purchased in advance. Only a limited number of spaces have been made available, and an adult must accompany each of the younger children. Tickets must be reserved in advance with walk-ins not accommodated.
When preparing for an event with a historical flavor, planners can count on local banner printing shops to provide them with period-style decor. They can offer both reusable and single-use styles, and many may be folded flat or rolled up to make storing them easier.
The Young Person’s Holiday Tour will be running on December 27, 28, and 29. Further details and a ticketing link can be found on The Hermitage's website.
