The owner is Mose Berow. The menu started off as somewhat limited as the eatery endeavored to regain its full culinary strength. Its offerings have now expanded to include both traditional dishes as well as some new culinary creations. Customers can enjoy their favorite dishes as well as try out new flavors.

Several new features have been introduced to enhance the experience of diners. Although the menu is limited, the range of offers has been improved as well as the aesthetics of the space and operational safety with the goal of contributing to more satisfying and refined customer experience.

Berow said that the recovery spirit of the eatery has grown to several neighboring businesses. Those in the neighborhood have worked together to revive the neighborhood and its businesses.

Fair Lawn Roadhouse is planning to host events that are community-centric, and might include culinary classes, cultural gatherings, and local celebrations to help embed itself in the fabric of the community. Sustainability practices will also be a focus of the eatery by minimizing waste and sourcing food from local vendors.

Fair Lawn Roadhouse is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
