Located only 2.5 miles from Fair Lawn., the upcoming Paramus Food Truck Festival is for adults and children, and features food, activities, and musical entertainment.
The event is located along Rt. 17 Garden State Plaza near the Nordstrom lot. There will be free parking, and over 25 food trucks will be present.
Those that attended are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to enjoy the food and musical entertainment. The Beer and Sangria Garden will be sponsored by Fly Fish Brewing Company, where ales, craft beers, and wine will be served.
Food vendors will have many specialty items and sandwiches, such as crab cakes, lobster rolls, chicken sandwiches, French fries, bacon wrapped hotdogs, and sausage and peppers.
For those that like barbecue, there will be several food trucks at the festival specializing in this fare. They will serve the likes of pulled pork sandwiches, pork ribs, brisket sandwiches, smoked wings, Korean BBQ chicken, pork shoulder, and coleslaw. Other types of food served are pizza, churros, doughnuts, salads, garlic soup, onion rings, cheesecake, ice cream and soft drinks.
The Paramus Food Truck Festival is scheduled for Sunday, August 19 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
