The “Spirits of Wake Forest” ghost walks will be returning to Wake Forest this fall. Residents of nearby Youngsville who are into such eerie expeditions may be interested in this unique event.
Participants will unravel stories of wandering spirits, unsettling folklore, and tragic train wrecks during these ambulatory tales of the supernatural. The Wake Forest NC Government promises that this event will reveal part of the haunting past of the downtown. This event is presented by organizers of Wake Forest Downtown Inc. and partners at Firebox Theatre Company.
These guided tours will start outside the town hall in Wake Forest and last for about 75 minutes, taking participants through the business district on South White Street. The tours are recommended for children eight years of age and older, although younger children can attend at the discretion of their parents. All those under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed on these tours.
Local Print shops can help spread the word about such seasonal and unique events with Posters, Flyers, and other printed materials.
