A development of 1,088 single-family homes and townhouses is being planned for Franklin County.
To be known as the Rolling Meadow community, the homes will cover just over 361 acres between Cedar Creek and Fleming Roads in Youngsville.
BRD Land and Investment, a developer based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, will be the developer of the community. The company was founded in 2018 and has the expertise to create large projects for builders of single- and multi-family communities. Although it is actively working on projects throughout the state, this will be the company’s first one in the Greater Triangle.
There will be 680 single-family homes, which will be offered in three sizes: 177 lots of 4,800 feet, 380 lots of 6,000 square feet, and 123 lots of 8,100 square feet. There will be 408 townhouses. More details about such homes and townhouses can be provided with brochure printing, which can provide a handheld guide to what they offer.
Located about a 35-minute drive north of Raleigh, the small town of Youngsville is a reasonable commute to employment in downtown Raleigh, as well as in downtown Durham and the Research Triangle Park. Like other towns in Franklin County, it has become attractive to homebuyers as the housing market offers homes that are less expensive than in neighboring Wake County.
