Asheville Mother's Day Market highlights local vendors

A seasonal marketplace in Asheville will bring together regional businesses and artisans for a two-day shopping event centered on gifts and handcrafted goods.

The gathering is designed to connect shoppers with independent sellers offering a range of products, including jewelry, décor, food, clothing, and wellness items.

Admission for attendees is free. Vendor participation is available through several paid options. Standard booth space, approximately 10 by 10 feet, is offered at $125, while additional vendor packages are listed at $200 and $225, depending on placement and benefits. A premium vendor tier provides early access to booth selection and designated placement within a preferred section of the venue. All participants are responsible for supplying their own display materials, including tables, chairs, coverings, and tents if required.

The event is structured to support small businesses by providing access to high-traffic retail space and a broad customer base. Organizers indicate that booth assignments follow a first-come process, and registration fees are nonrefundable. Vendors may share space under a single registration, and packaged food items are permitted if properly sealed.

Attendees can expect a mix of indoor and outdoor setups, with opportunities to browse unique merchandise and interact directly with creators. When setting up vendor areas, sellers often rely on banner printing for branding and visibility.

The market will take place May 2 through May 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at Tanger Outlets Asheville, 800 Brevard Rd, Asheville, North Carolina.
