The first building of The Silos apartment project in Kalispell is now open.
This building has 40 units that are open to tenants, of which 35 are still available to rent. The property manager at Ruis Holdings, Erica Ortiz, said that another 40 units will be available in a few months, and there will be a total of 192 units.
The Silos apartment project is at Fifth Avenue West and Center Street along the Parkline Trail. The project is named for the silos that can still be seen on the property but are no longer used. The apartments will be part of a mixed-use development that will include commercial space and a restaurant.
The buildings in the project will be four stories high and will have a variety of layouts. There are units with one bedroom and a balcony spanning 900 square feet. Units with two bedrooms span over 1,000 square feet and also have a balcony. There are also units with two bedrooms in a corner, and these come with a larger balcony.
Brochure printing is one way in which more details about the features of such apartments can be used to inform potential renters.
Among the amenities offered are a remote work room, a yoga room, a separate community building with a scenic outdoor patio, gym access, and a firepit. There is also parking on the ground level for tenants.
