Kalispell to celebrate and raise funds for forever pets

The Humane Society of Northwest Montana will be holding its annual Summer Shindig & Fundraiser, “Paws in Paradise,” next month in Kalispell.

This is not just a celebration but a chance to make a difference in the community. It will be a day of a wide range of activities that will include raffle basket drawings, a silent auction, and the last day to enter a 50/50 raffle. Stevendebi, a local favorite, will be performing live music from noon to 3:00 p.m. to add to the festivities.

There will also be an area for children with games and a bouncy house. Contests for people and their four-legged companions can participate in specially designed games. Unique items from vendors and food trucks will be on hand offering refreshing treats and barbeque.

This event helps to support the mission of the Humane Society to protect, care form and find homes for shelter animals. Every sponsorship, donation, sale of a silent auction item, and raffle basket provides essential food, shelter, veterinary care and vaccinations; supports pet retention programs; educates the public on responsible pet ownership; and enables the society to provide initial free resources and training after one has adopted their forever pet.

Poster printing can be used to promote such unique events and their efforts to raise funds.

This event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday June 13 on Adopt A Pet Way in Kalispell.
