Expansion projects at Billings' West End continue with the construction of the city’s first Les Schwab Tires, which will be located along Shiloh Road.
The facility will cover 11,940 square feet of floor space. It will be constructed close to the SCHEELS sporting goods shop and across the street from the Shiloh Conservation area. The company’s primary product is tires, but it will also sell supplementary auto parts such as shock absorbers and brakes. Poster printing can be used to let people know about opening dates to new facilities like this.
Construction began in October and is expected to be completed in the summer this year. The development of this tire shop is the latest of many businesses that have been setting up shop on Shiloh Road over the last few years. The combination of residential and commercial space situated just north of King Avenue is known as the Shiloh Commons. It features outdoor retailers, banking services, and dentistry services that have all opened within the last five years.
St. Vincent Healthcare has plans to open a new campus on Shiloh Road, which will be for the residents of the west end. The Rocky Vista University is already accepting applications for the first class to be held there in 2025.
Other establishments set to open soon in the area include a new grocery store called Albertsons, a Costco wholesale location, and Meadowlark Brewing.
