St Louis to enjoy MADE at the Foundry
An art exhibition, MADE at the Foundry, is coming to the Delmar Market District, a short distance from St. Louis.
At this collaboration between MADE Makerspace and the Foundry Art Centre, artists, craftspeople, entrepreneurs, and designers will have the opportunity to investigate unique contrasts between a variety of disciplines. Items created by studio artists and MADE members will be on display along with tools and supplies used and technology involved.
Bringing unification to the communities inspires new movements and connections for all involved. The art community combines furniture makers, jewelry designers, sewing instructors, and other artists all together in one space. The MADE director, Emily Elhoffer, has noted there are over 200 active members who regularly used the shop or studio space. Exhibiting in this innovative format showcases the relationships between crafts, art, and technologies.
Business card printing in advance of shows of this type will ensure an ample supply available for exhibitors or vendors to distribute for future contact. The cards can generate sales far after the event concludes.
A socially distanced reception for MADE at the Foundry will take place on March 12, running from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The Foundry website has more information, or an email may be sent to the Art & Exhibitions Coordinator, Jessica Mannisi, at jmannisi@foundryartcentre.org
