St. Louis festival to assist with breast care needs
The Gateway to Hope will organize an event at Work & Leisure in St. Louis to help raise money for those in need of breast healthcare.
The 4th Annual BOOBash is an event where people can enjoy Halloween-themed activities while supporting breast health. The party will include musical entertainment, a costume competition, and Halloween movies. Guests can also enter a silent raffle and play bocce ball. Companies interested in sponsoring the BOOBash can pay for packages between $100 and $1,000. The benefits of sponsoring the program include complimentary tickets and being displayed on event signage.
The Gateway to Hope is an organization that works with people who have medical needs to provide them with support and medical care. The current CEO of the group is Katie Manga. Patients who work with the Gateway to Hope are given dedicated navigators who help them come up with support plans. The Berges Family Foundation will also be involved with the event and will match the proceeds earned during the program.
The BOOBash will be held on Friday, October 3rd from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tickets to the party will cost $50, though those who purchase their admission before September 3rd will receive a discount. The first 50 attendees at the bash will receive a complimentary drink. Charitable groups in charge of seasonal parties like this may use poster printing to get people interested in their programs.
