Grant’s Farm in St. Louis will be opened next month for a Halloween Drive-Thru Experience. Residents of St. Ann will want to experience the nine Halloween-inspired scenes and all the lights.
Director of heritage at Anheuser-Busch, Jeff Knapper, said that this will be a unique event that will enable guests to drive their own vehicles through the Deer Park and the Tiergarten which has not been done since 1954. He added that over a mile of the property at the farm will be opened and will be covered in spooky lights and decorations, including spiders, ghosts, pumpkins, and much more. Local Print shops often assist with creating additional ghostly and spooky displays.
Upon checking in, vehicles with children will be given a free bag of candy from the gift shop at Grant’s Farm. Families can also purchase additional snacks, beverages, and goodies for the kids.
The start of the drive-through will be the Tiergarten with medieval castles haunted by witches and bats as well as a few of the animals from the Farm including llamas, goats, horses, and cattle. Next will be the Deer Park of the shrieking trees and then eight more haunted themes such as a haunted archaeological dig, a graveyard, and an alien scene inspired by Area 51.
The Halloween Experience will run from Thursday, October 1 through Thursday, October 31.
