Single family homes proposed for St. Ann area

A new subdivision is being proposed for Maryland Heights. This may be of interest to those in nearby St. Ann looking for a new home.

To be called Louiselle Park, the project will be built on Rule Avenue, bordering Creve Coeur Park, one of the largest parks in the St. Louis area. The wooded property covers close to 15 acres. It is proposed that 39 houses will be built as part of the project.

The homebuilder is McBride Homes, which purchased the property for $1.2 million in December from the Kniffen Living Trust of Kirkwood. McBride Homes has been the largest builder of homes in Missouri and the top builder in the St. Louis area for over 20 years.

Louiselle Park will offer a wide variety of homes from the signature designs of McBride Homes. The home designs include models with 1.5 stories, spacious ranch style homes, and layouts with two stories. There are options for three-car garages as well. Each home can be customized to the buyer’s personal preferences and styles as buyers can work with designers who are experts in the field.
