New Asian restaurant to come to St. Ann area

Tony Nguyen and his wife Jessica will be opening a modern Asian restaurant in the Tower Grove South neighborhood of St. Louis. Residents of St. Ann interested in such cuisine will not want to miss the grand opening.

Returning to the St. Louis area, Tony previously worked at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis and has spent the past eight years at Crustacean Beverly Hills. Jessica has worked at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Tony is originally from the area and wanted to bring something back to St. Louis and the community.
The restaurant will be called Sno named for Tony’s mother and will be on Juniata Street.

There will be two floors in the restaurant with space dedicated for special events. The cuisine will be modern Asian fusion. Among the featured items will be a spin on dim sum and seafood as well as steaks cooked over volcanic rocks, a signature dish from Beverly Hills. Banner printing is often used to announce such new eating concepts coming to a community.

Tony said this will be a family affair. His wife is his partner in the business, but his father will be doing some of the renovations to the space. Tony expressed his excitement to returning to St. Louis and his appreciation for the support he has received from the community.

Sno is scheduled to open late summer or early fall.
