A mid-rise apartment complex in the Streets of St. Charles is currently under construction by CRG, which is based in St. Louis and is the investment and real estate development arm of Clayco based in Chicago.
Those who live nearby St. Ann might want to consider moving to this new complex once it is completed, especially if they commute to St. Charles regularly.
To be called Chapter at The Streets, the building will be in the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development on Mulholland Drive. It will occupy 2.2 acres of land and consist of 245 units. The units will have one or two bedrooms and will offer work-from-home spaces. Rents will start at $1,400 per month which is slightly higher than the average rent of $1,166 in the county. There will be parking on the ground level. Developers often turn to brochure printing services to highlight the features and amenities of such new complexes to promote them to those throughout a region.
The complex was designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects LLC based in Chicago. Brinkmann Constructors from Chesterfield will be the general contractors. The project is being developed by CRG in collaboration with the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust.
It is expected that the building will be completed by the spring of 2023. The first units will be ready for occupancy at the same time.
