Locals in Maryland Heights, and nearby St. Ann, can take part in a race that will change lives.
Missouri KIDS is hosting the 5th annual ‘Journey of Hope 2015 5K Run’ and one-mile walk and roll.
Runners can enjoy a quick pace on a flat course in Creve Coeur Park. A banner printing service may have been asked to create large start and finish Signs for the race. Sponsors’ logos are often placed on Banners.
After the race, attendees can enjoy food trucks, music, and some fun kids’ activities. Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers and also the top three males and females in each age group.
Missouri KIDS aids student athletes who have sustained permanent injuries. By providing special equipment, such as wheelchairs, the organization hopes to reduce the impact a disabling injury can have on athletes and their families.
Registration costs $25 for adults and $8 for kids, 12 and under. Online registration, which ends on April 15 at 11:59 pm, requires an additional $2.50 fee. Those who registered by April 1 were guaranteed a T-shirt.
The race kicks off on April 18 at 11:00 am. Packets can be picked up prior to the race. On race day, participants can gather at Tremayne Shelter in Creve Coeur Park, located at 13725 Marine Avenue in Maryland Heights.Get a Free Quote for Signs Get a Free Quote for Banners
