Missouri kids enjoy summer day camp

Children in St. Ann and it surrounding areas can take advantage of a six-week daily summer camp at a local park.

The St. Ann Summer Day Camp is an outdoor program that gives campers the chance to take part in arts and crafts activities, as well as swimming, sports, games, and even field trips. The camp is for kids between the ages of six and twelve.

The camp will be held at Tiemeyer Park, a 41-acre space with two swimming pools, a lake, and two playground areas. It’s likely that poster printing was used to create promotional Signs to post around the park.

Registration costs $175 for locals and $275 for non-residents, which will take place during the weekdays from 8:00am until 5:00pm in the main lobby at the St. Ann City Hall Parks and Recreation Office, located on 10405 St. Charles Rock Road. The camp fees must be paid by cash or check.

Only parents and legal guardians can register a child, with birth certificates necessary. In addition, those who want the local rate must prove the child's residency with a 2014 or 2015 ‘St. Ann privilege card’ or a proper occupancy permit.

It all takes place from June 22nd until July 31st from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Tiemeyer Park is located on 3311 Ashby Road. For more information, call 314-429-4545.
