Community center to feature events for people of all ages
The Maryland Heights Community Center will be hosting several special events next month, which may be of interest to residents of nearby St. Ann.
Special activities like these often make use of illustrative posters created by local printing services to spread the word throughout the community and area.
A family bingo night with a Valentine’s Day theme will be held, with prizes geared towards kids, dinner, and refreshments. This fun event will be on Thursday, February 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
A Sweetheart Skate will be held at the Ice Center for people to bring their friends, family, and sweetheart. Tickets will be sold on the day of the event, which will be Saturday, February 11 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
A Community Health Fair will be held where attendees will learn how to improve the quality of their lives from the staff of the Maryland Heights Community Center and local businesses. As people visit each table, they will be able to participate in group exercise classes at no charge for entry to win a door prize. The event is free and will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday, February 24.
A Winter Princess Ball will be held for those between the ages of two and ten. There will be sweet treats, sing-alongs, and a meet-and-greet with special princesses, including photo opportunities. This will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 25.
