Vodka made in Princeton No. 1 in Newsweeks Readers Choice

Prairie Organic Vodka, made right here in Princeton took first place among vodkas available in the United State beating out not only American-produced vodkas but also those produced abroad and sold here.

The “best vodka in America” for 2026 was selected by Newsweek’s expert contributors and panelists before being voted on by its readers. A product of Phillips Distilling Company, Prairie Organic Vodka, according to the publication’s article was described as:

“Made from non-GMO corn sourced from Midwestern family farms, Prairie Organic Vodka emphasizes transparency and sustainability. The vodka is distilled to a clean, versatile profile designed to perform well in cocktails. Its certified organic status appeals to drinkers who prioritize ingredient sourcing alongside quality."

Labels for consumable products play an important role in establishing a company’s brand, and local Print shops can Print as well as assist in the design of these labels.

This category included both heritage brands and newly established producers. Among the top five vodkas were two, Belvedere Organic Vodka and Chopin Vodka, in 4th and 5th place respectively, which were produced by companies in Poland. Among the top ten there was also a vodka from a French distillery.

Prairie Organic, which in addition to vodka also produces gin, was earlier named No. 1 on the USA Today Readers’ Choice list of the country’s best craft vodka distilleries.
