Princeton will host the Mille Lacs County Fair this August. The event brings five days of family-oriented entertainment, community celebrations, and activities.
This year marks the fair's 135th anniversary, continuing its long tradition of showcasing local talent, summer entertainment, and agriculture.
The event will take place at the Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds. A variety of attractions for visitors of all ages is expected, including carnival rides, food vendors, animal shows, craft exhibits, and live entertainment, along with local vendors and exhibitors.
Throughout the fairgrounds, additional activities will include grandstand events, open-class exhibits, and family-friendly attractions. A five-day admission wristband is available for $15 for those planning to attend the entire event, while daily admission is $5. Children aged 6 to 17 can attend free of charge.
Moreover, complimentary admission is available for veterans and active military members who present valid military identification, thanks to the support of local veterans' organizations and community partners. With additional event services, displays, and visitor amenities, guests can expect a welcoming experience throughout the five-day celebration.
Organizers are expected to work with Print shops to create Banners, Posters, and other promotional materials to encourage attendance and highlight the fair’s attractions.
