Princeton’s annual Rum River Festival for 2024 will include a three-day city-wide garage sale, an American Legion Medallion Hunt, the world’s largest rubber duck, the Rum River Festival 5K, and the Duck, Duck Jeep Event.

The fun starts on Thursday, June 6 with the first day of a three-day city-wide garage sale and the very first clue of Legion’s medallion Hunt being posted on the Chamber of Commerce’s door and on the Legion’s Facebook page. Additionally, the annual Rum River Festival Parade takes place at 6:00 pm in Downtown Princeton.
On Friday, June 7 the second clue for the Medallion Hunt will be posted with a third clue being posted on Saturday. From 10:00 am to 6:00 pm the World’s Largest Rubber Duck will be on display on Friday and Saturday. as well as on Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
On Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, the Blue-Ribbon Events Craft & Vendor Fair will be held in the South Mall Parking lot. Exclusively on Friday, there will also be a MN Twins Baseball Camp from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
On Saturday, June 8, several one-day-only events take place, including the Rum River Festival 5K and Farmers Market at 8:00 am. Sunday, June 9 sees the Tractor Pull and Craft and Vendor Fair take place 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm is the Duck, Duck, Jeep Event.
