The Wine, Kibbles and Bids gala is taking place next month in St. Joseph. It is a fundraising event for the Tri-County Humane Society, which is based in St. Cloud.
Guests will be able to taste a variety of area wines and beers during the evening. They will also be treated to a gourmet sit-down dinner. Entertainment will be provided by a live band and there will be a silent auction with more than 200 items up for bids. In addition, prizes can be won in the mystery wine pull. Some of the animals that are current residents of the Humane Society's shelter and up for adoption will also be in attendance.
Sponsorships can be purchased for $500 up to $2,500, and sponsors will be recognized in the event program that will be given to all ticket holders.
Local brochure printing companies are often asked to supply items such as programs or advertising materials that will be distributed to nearby communities such as Princeton.
The Tri-County Human Society deals with over 3,000 animals each year. It also provides a shelter, education, and community outreach.
The Wine, Kibbles and Bids gala will take place at the Gorecki Dining and Conference Center at the College of Saint Benedict on April 22. Tickets are $75 each. For more information, contact Marit Ortega at 320-252-0896 x14.
