For veterans living with PTSD, the toughest battle they face often occurs when they get back home. A New Brighton event will both raise money and show these wounded warriors that their community cares, and it will give the public a chance to ring in 2020 with an evening of fun.
This black tie soiree will be an elegant affair, and guests are asked to arrive dressed to impress. Tickets start at $75.00, and the proceeds will be used by Warriors Next Adventure to offer support and other services to vets living with PTSD.
When guests arrive for the evening, they will be invited to bid on the items on offer in the silent auction, and at 7:30 pm, it will be time to take a seat for the three course dinner. The diners can choose to top off their meal with a slice of either chocolate or carrot cake, and this portion of the function will be dedicated to presentations that will offer an insight into how the support shown by the attendees will make a difference.
The function will continue on with dancing until midnight, and then it will be time to raise a glass in a salute to a healthy and happy 2020. A banner printing company can prepare a custom banner for this type of occasion.
This chance to show New Brighton’s veterans that they have the full support of their community will be hosted at Jimmy’s Event Center in Vadnais Heights on December 31.
