Minneapolis state fair showcases 900 shows
The 2025 Minnesota State Fair will be coming to the Minneapolis area in late August.
4-Hers and the Future Farmers of America will be exhibiting, participating in demonstrations and competitions, and Minnesota residents will be showcasing and competing in horticultural, agricultural and bee culture skills as well as exhibiting needle work baking, canning and handcrafts. The fair will also have Kindergarten through Senior high school competitions in technology and art.
The Bandshell stage will have the annual State Fair Amateur Talent Contest nightly and the finals will be held in the Grandstand Sunday, August 31st.

With 900 shows and more than 100 acts over the fair's 12 days and nights, there will be six stages and all will be included with the paid fair admission.
