Healthy Life Expo will be coming to the Minneapolis Convention Center Ballroom for two days in November.
The free event will feature three stages of speakers, over 200 exhibitors from fitness clubs and equipment to yoga and nutrition, hourly demonstrations, and food samplings and other giveaways.
Guests will receive goodie Bags when they come into the Expo Hall. These Bags will contain Promotional Products, discount coupons, and other handouts donated by health, wellness, and fitness-oriented businesses. Special Bags will go to the first 100 guests. All guests will also receive bingo cards so they can play games in the bingo booth for prizes.
The exhibitors on the floor will be displaying, explaining their products and services, and many will be passing out samplings, advertising items, and Flyers sporting the business Logo Design. Some of these exhibitors will be LifeVangtage, Angelic Bakehouse, ENIVA, Grass-Fed, Almond Dental, and Crofter’s Organic and Vegetarian Traveler.
Prizes – including a tablet computer, restaurant gift cars, and a fitness tracker – will be awarded every hour.
Speakers on the stages Saturday will cover topics such as cryotherapy, brain rewiring, , essential oils, senior affordable living, CPR training, and nutrigenomics.
Sunday topics will include controlling stress, Chakra health, CPR training, Lyme disease, and grass-based meat products.
The expo will be November 23 and 24 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm at 1201 Second Avenue S.
