The 8th Annual Outdoors River Extravaganza will be celebrating the longest day of the year with a canoe trip, river tour drive, and bike ride coming in mid-June. No previous experience or skill are required.
Day one – which is Tuesday, June 20 – a River tour Drive will take guests along the picturesque Upper Mississippi. This will be an excursion with plenty of scenic photo opportunities for tourists. People who take pictures of beautiful scenery like this often send their photos to Stationery printers to be made into personalized card sets and Calendars.
Guests on the river tour will also stop at an apple orchard for cider tasting, and stop again and have lunch on a veranda overlooking the back waters. Supper will be served overlooking the river, and the evening will end with campfires, ghost stories, ukulele songs, and s’mores.
Wednesday, June 22, will be the River Extravaganza with canoeing, picnicking, hot showers, vineyard wine tasting, and a country club black tie dinner.
A Hooch Coulee Bike Ride is scheduled for Thursday. The tour will take riders through stunning ridges and valleys along lost country roads. This ride will accommodate all skill levels. Participants may bring their own bikes or rent them. Three-day passes are $47.
The 8th Annual River Extravaganza 2023 will begin June 20 at 9:27 am and end June 22 at 3:02 pm at 100, 1st St. S., Minneapolis.
